Sprocket alignement

Guyz, anyone got a better idea on making sure the front and rear sprockets on my project line up exactly other than using a steel straight edge? Ta Paul J

Best way is to put a chain on it and spin wheel - and see which side of the rear sprox it vears to :!:

use a lazer level if you have one?

Chris have had to use a spacer on the front,want to get it dead central to the chain..Paul

steel straight edge is fine or a piece of string ,across the face of the rear sprocket and down to the front
