wheel id and bores

does anybody recognise this wheel,

also raised wording
"made in japan"


also the carb inlet has "5" in black on all 4 inlets,
what does this mean?

I think "bigger picture" might help.
What size are they?

I'd say the pic is about 30mm x 45mm (on my monitor anyway!!)
