Taco cable

Anyone have the same problem as me, the blumin taco/ rev counter cable unscrewing it's self fro the front of the engine on a long run, that's 2times iv burned my fingers doing it back up lol,

MCZ900 I am also a victim of said tacho cable problem however I was also unlucky enough to have the inner cable fall out whilst on the move. As suggested a touch of locktight and no further issues 3 years on.

put a fibre washer in there and do it up with a pair of pliers

I used a bit of locking wire wrapped round the bracket & cable, just behind the locking ring.
I figured locktite might go soft when the engine got hot, but it obviously works fine.
