carb sync

Trying to sync my carbs after rebuilding them.\they are off the bike and useing the 3mm drill method.But i can only get three set the same.
Can someone discribe the process?

Sounds as if you have gone to far in one direction and one of them has reached its stopping point, go in the opposite direction, when i first started playing with multi's i had a similar problem, i hope this makes sense, it does to me anyway.

You should be using 25thou wire, 3 mm drill :cry: The notch in the slide is narrow so not sure if a 3mm dia drill bit is too wide where it comes into contact with the notch. Give me a call 07515 367071 so I can talk you through the process.
