There are a few options, have a look on you tube before you start
I've done the cement mixer/tank with bolts in.Knocks off the loose stuff.
Then Soda Crystals ,5gallons of water/5 tablespoons of Soda C'
Battery charger.negative to bottom of tank/petrol tap mount.
Positive needs piece of metal clipped on and suspended in filler opening. This must not touch bottom or sides. Turn it on.see rust collecting in 10 mins' .
2 hrs ish then disconnect, flush out with a hose pipe.
Plug up tank again( wine cork ),pour in Meth'spirits.this absorbs moisture from inside.
I used "Splosh" from Dragonfly Motorcycles. £25 delivered.
This did two tanks in one hit.

Anyway that's what happened to me after watching all the YouTube clips :|

I use proscale 650 water based rust dissolver.
Works good if you can get it. Some pics of it used hot on you tube but it works normal temp as well.
Walsall Chemical Company make it.

Cheers from Mark
