Kerker Baffles

#1 PostAuthor: rickman CRR » Wed Jun 13, 2007 11:44 am

Does anyone know who in the UK can supply replacement Kerker 4-1 Meg Series baffles.

The Kerker on my Lawson blew its baffle and wadding out on the way down to Skegness and quite frankly the noise, even with earplugs is ridiculous, annoying and suspect I'm going to attract the attention of the rozzers eventually.

Anyone know of a UK supplier?

Cheers folks

Is that for the new (Supertrapp) Kerker or the original Kerker?

John

Its an original competition pipe, no access to the oil filter and requires removal of centre stand.

I received this response from a US supplier MAW.

All the below items will fit that exhaust. They are all competition, they will come with appropriate end cap and packing.

MFG. # 100-6387 1 1/2" not available
MFG. # 100-6356 2" (pts KE6356S) $100.95
MFG. # 1006357 2 1/2" (pts KE6357) not available

Shipping/Handling/Ins $34.70

I gave you the part number incase you were able to find them there.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

I was hoping for a UK supplier but if the good old US of A is the quickest so be it.

I have one I think, have a look at my bike in the projects section, as I have just got a replacement silencer, I have the old one with the baffle/end cap in place.

If it is what you need you can have it all for the price of the postage, silencer has a repair patch underneath, and the screw holding the baffle is too tight for me to turn, may need a little heat.

PM me your address and I will post tomorrow
