Replacement twist grip

#1 PostAuthor: HowieD » Sun Feb 12, 2012 11:40 am

Hello,

can anyone recommend a replacement throttle twist grip assembly for a Z1-R ?

I'm looking to change the Handle bar switchgear but as the standard one is built in it might be a problem.

Not really looking for a quick action one.

Ta in advance

If you want a start/ run/kill arrangement use a GS1000 throttle. They are getting hard to find though (read that as more than a tenner) takes the same cables as Z1000, you just have to file the nipples downa little. Will allow fitment of Nissin / AP master cylinders

Ah !

Thanks for your replies - I didn't make myself clear enough, I'm looking at a stand alone one without switch gear built in.

regards
