Hope someone can help with this?
Currently restoring a Z1-A and I have some switch wiring questions:
I have a left hand switch with the 'H" "L" and "Pa" functions, and the curved face kill switch type on the Right hand side.
With the left hand switch there was a small metal stop inside that prevented the switch being pushed up to the "Pa" position, which I've now removed.

#1 On the right hand switch block there is a 4 pin plug and then a Blue wire with single male connector and another Blue wire with double Female connector, Where do the Blue wires connect?

#2 At the headlight end of the main harness there is a 9 pin plug to the dash, now there is a Green/White wire coming from the harness, but no Green/White wire from the other side of the plug going to the dash.
What gives here?

#3 I have the Tacho with the Brake light in it which looks like it should have 3 bulbs but there are only 2? (Both running from a Black/Yellow wire and a Blue wire) Which makes me wonder if the Green/White missing wire form Question 2 should be there for the brake light in the Tacho.

I expect this may be clear as mud without pics, but can anyone help with this?

Quest 1..... The single (male bullet connector) blue wire from the LHS plugs into the (double female connector) blue from the RHS. There is also another single (male bullet connector) blue wire from the RHS it also plugs into the double connector.

Quest 2.....The green and white should be in the speedo/tacho harness.. This is for the brake light on Tacho.

Quest 3..... As you say!

Note the Z1A's started to introduce the brake light and some of the earlier ones did not have this fitted.

Good one Garn.
Hmmm, so the single Blue plugs into it's own harness, no wonder I got confused.
The Tacho harness looks original so it must be an early one then?? Looks like I'd better add some more wires and a bulb....or buy another Tacho :(
So I know I've touched on this before, but exactly how does the "Pa" work? It's a Pass function(Flasher)for the headlight....right?
So after you have the light turned on at the R/H switch, you push the knob up to "Pa" on the L/H switch, and then what...hit the horn button?
