Fuel tank breather

I have a quick release fuel cap fitted and a 6mm air vent fitted to the tank.,
I think this is to small.Does any one know what the right sizes should be :?: or where i can get a bigger one :?:

6mm should be all you need as long as it is not restricted/ blocked with paint

6mm is plenty.
Air flows faster than liquid so you don't need a vent the same size as the fuel outlet.

thaks for that info.6mm is what ive got.so that saves a bit off mucking about
