Rough Running

Hi I have a KZ1000-P (1997) and it is back together after an engine rebuild and JRS carb rebuild, new parts but the bike is misfiring. Can anyone in London pop over and give me some help? I live in N1. I have replaced HT leads plugs
The bike is not MOT'd but its just about runnable so I could ride it out if its not too far...
