Those of you who have read the saga in the discussion forum will know I bought a cheap chain on Saturday.
Its a Tsubaki non O ring chain, am I ok with this or will it Break the first time I give it some stick, I have never heard of them but on google they claim to be the biggest maker in the world.
Is it safe?? Any one Know?

Tsubaki makes some very good chain - having said that, there are different grade chains from each manufacturer - and old stock chains may be earlier spec chain.

Being non o-ring doesn't necessarily mean weaker - but it will wear out MUCH quicker. I used to kill non o-ring 630 chain in under 3,000 miles.

Cheers Jeff,
Thought I would run it on this over the summer then get on to you about a 530 conversion next winter when I 1075 it.
So I probably wont do more than 2/3000 miles on it, think I should be ok?
