i recently had an issues with a sump bolt (see recent threads in bike help)
i removed sump bolts and gently tapped with a wooden block and away it came. TIP ..............i bought a cat litter tray to catch the oil

Good luck

Thats it - remove all the surrounding 6mm bolts (10mm spanner) AND the oil filter - then tap with a rubber/rawhide mallet......

They can be rather stubborn sometimes
