Whilst at Hutch's place this week we were having a rumage through one of his boxes and came across a set of carbs. They are Mikuni flatsides and measure 32/33 internally across at the inlets. Hutch wants to sell them but does not know what they are from etc any help with a description would be appreciated.

I would say GSXR 750, these had the angled float bowls for the GSXR engine which lent forward at quite an angle, years ago we had lots of hours on the dyno trying to reach a compromise, fitted on the relativly upright Z engine the float bowls tipped backwards and flooded, so the float hieght had to be lowered but then emulsion tubes couldnt function correctly and gave the sympoms of running lean, often these had already been fitted with the Dynojet kit which where over £130 so the owners where often reluctant to give up on them, glad we dont have to work on these very often anymore :??
