I have just been through this with Seastar Kawasaki - they have a jig and did Rod Gibson's Z.
You have to remove everything except engine and swing arm which has to be taped to the rear down tubes(for set up).
They prefer the rear wheel out.
Cost is £75 for set up on the jig plus £50 per hour for each hour worked. Mine is going in on 3 December, subject to getting the bracing kit in time from Pitstop. RobW is going to help me get it there - about 35 miles from where we live.
I am going to start a thread in the projects section next week when I take the spanners to the bike.
