on a gpz1100 b model

when the head is taken off,
the 4 outer engine studs- should the black small gasket be tight against the stud or loose?
are they oil passages? as found oil in the 2 outer front ones, or maybe some oil went down when taking it to bits.

what is the torque settings for
-the main engine stud nuts that hold the head down when it gets put together?
(what order should they be tightened ? )
-the cam shaft bolts ?
-

what is best way to seal
-the o ring for the cam chain tunnel ?
-4 end cam rubber pieces ?

whats the cam chain spacing between the cam shaft sprockets ?

its has graphite type gaskets so i guess its ok to re-use them ?

the copper washers- can they be re-used again or is it best to heat them up ?

Just use the normal cam chain tunnel rubber seal under the gasket or see below.
-4 end cam rubber pieces ?
Loctite 5910 for me. Debbens sell it as do others and its also sold on ebay

Its down to dash marks on the cam chain wheels with the HYVO type chains.

Myself i would say not as most of the sealing compound wil now be left behind and doubtless removed.

If theyre not chewed on the surface it should be fine. I have re-used mine several times and without annealing them too.

You can download a manual from Kano's site which covers youre model.

this engine has no recess on the cylinder top for the 4 rubber o rings
but there were 4 when the engine was taken to bits and were very flat.
