how do you remove handle grip

want to change the clutch lever bracket over on the zed,
any tips on how to take the handle grip off so I can slide the bracket off
zed the best ride of your life ...... so far

Slide a thin screwdrive up it & squirt WD40 up it with the straw/tube it comes with, then work it round with the screwdriver & pull :wink:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

And when you want to put it back on, use brake cleaner, that will lube it for a few seconds, then evaporate, so you don't have a 'slippy' grip. :D

The other trade trick when refixing is to spray the handlebar with ladies hair spray this will dry out and acts as an adhesive.

Rags wrapped round the grips and soaked in boiling water works as well!!!

I have good experience with using the air compressor and just blow it off!!!!
Then you do not have to cleen or use any chemicals at all just hammer it easily back with a rubber hammer. :D
