Z1-R bars

Can someone tell me the width of the stock Z1-R D1 handle bars ? I mounted the fairing the other day and the mirror mounts ended up on the inside of the fairing...
There's obviously something wrong. The bars measures 66cm from end to end. cheers

My standard bars are 28 1/2 inch's end to end or 72 1/2 cm if you are metric.

Thanks guys. 72.5, eh ? I believe those 6.5cm's is just what I need to get the mirrors on the outside of the fairing. Thanks again. Cheers

Here it is without the fairing. Stock bars with cut ends ? Not stock at all ? Any comments ?

Not stock sorry. The stock ones have a raised section in between the handle bar clamps where the wiring pulls through. I can send a picture if you want.

Measuring, following top contours its about 84 cm.

I measured in a straight line between the end of the grips.

The 72.5 is straight between the ends of the grips. Here are a couple of pictures hope they help.

Thanks, Padders ! Now, does anyone have some stock bars to spare ? Or does anyone know of a good replacement ? Right height and width. Cheers
