Hi i know there asre a few closet kettle owners like myself on here so hoping for some help.
Have just obtained a basket case Suki gt750A it has a few Suzuki gt750 period performance parts WHICH I NEED TO SELL TO PUT BIKE BACK TO ORIGINAL and need an idea of the sort of prices acheivable for these items.

Dresda rear swing arm

Front and rear Lester alloy wheels

Marchozi rear adjustable shocks

Koni rear shocks

Dunstall fairing (although screen is broken

These are not mint but in fair condition

Any thoughts

Ta Paul

Paul, I would just clean them up, get really good clear pictures, and stick them on ebay with a good description, and a low start for each of them, and let them find there own level.

I agree with Kev, get em on ebay and make sure you put 'RARE' in the description- always brings the cash in  or so some people would have you believe.

I think you should "modify" the fairing to suit your Z.

Are Z1 rims the same size as gt750 suzuki rims 19 x 2.15 front and 18 x 3.00 rear with 6 hole disc on the front

Shaggy, I think they are the same except that Suzuki have 36 spokes and Z1 has 40. Meaning that both the hubs and rims are different.

Under Shaggy's heading of 70's performance parts, I thought this may generate some interest.... It was headed Vintage Fork Brace for Z1 (72-75) 900.
Image
I reasoned the two holes in each of the braces' legs, must line up with the fender retaining bolt holes in the fork legs. >>> not much room left for the bolt-heads and tyre clearance. Anyone ever see on?
RegardZ.
PS.. Perhaps the two holes line up with the brake caliper holders on the fork leg? ... Forked if I know!

Dont think that pram handle would look very nice on a Z though

Sure it looks stupid... It was sold on ebay as a fork-brace for a z1 series.
I've never seen one ....... Doesn't anyone know how it is suppose to fit?
They (the seller) call the "pram handle" a torsion bar, that has some chrome missing!
I'm curious! It must fit above the guard- with two retaining screws, each side... But where?
