#1 PostAuthor: 69chris » Wed Sep 07, 2011 3:00 pm

the ole zed, obvs still grumbling about its enforced extended daily ride, decided to start rattling last week, not being completely stupid i thought id better have a quick look :D

checked the usual stuff and all looked ok, thought id change the cam chain whilst i had the lid off............................ good job i did!!

what you'd expect to see if you draped a chain over a pencil....

hmmmmmm - not quite what you'd expect to see...........

two of the links are almost seized completely solid and another one is really really tight,

but what i couldnt get a good piccy of was that on the seized links there are tiny little cracks radiating out from the link pins like spider webs

bloody good bit of luck i feel - who was it that said the sun never shines on a dogs arse
