Ever the resourceful type I made a slide Hammer out of the swing arm spindle however screwing it in tight and LIGHTLY taping with a hammer whilst pulling will remove it . Make sure the bike is facing North/South

front wheel spindle fits, also the bolt that holds the top yoke down will fit, hold the rotor with a chain and rachet that used to remove oil filters from cars can be done in minutes this way just keep tightening the bolt and it will pop off if you can borrow mine if you do not have the tools to this job or i can come over to your house

I use a nylon tie-down strap to hold rotor so it don't get damaged
