brake pads

hi all, after nearly piling into the back of the wifes bike on sunday in the pissing rain, where can i get decent pads from?
I have ferodos fitted at present, they were a terrible fit, and as i found out coming back from the farmyard party, dont work in the wet, i have searched the net and found part numbers for brembo pads but cant find a dealer that lists them, any info on pads /dealers would be appreciated thanks tricky.
