#1 PostAuthor: h2chris » Tue Jun 21, 2011 1:50 am

Does anyone know the output of a Z900 alternator in watts or amps?

Thanks,
Chris.

I believe the Z900 is 180 watts or 15 amps,at what rpm though unknown.
At a guess about 4000 rpm
My GPZ is rated at 20 amps at 8000rpm and the earlier J series at 5000 rpm
Or 240 wats.
Amps = watts/voltage.
Watts = voltage x amps

Hope you like those apples heh heh :D
