Can somebody help! I am so near fitting a genuine exhaust to my bike, the only problem is that a important gasket seems to be no longer available. The part no. is 11009-1035, without this gasket the silencer is very loose fitting to the Box. I cant tell what this is made of to make a copy or wether it fits inside the box or over the outlet.Have any of you any ideas? its item 21 on the diagram. ta bedlow

It's superseeded. Try ordering 11009-1629 or 11060-1095. They're for the 1200 Voyager.

If you can't find a genuine part, it will be fairly easy to either make one or adapt one from another bike. If you measure the diameter, you can match up to a few we have
http://www.z1enterprises.com/SearchResu ... connecting
or give us the dimensions and we'll try and find something you can use.
The ones I see in our supplier catalogues range from 35mm internal diameter all the way to 43mm internal diameter
