carb balancing

Does any one know what order i need to balance my flatsides? number 3 is fixed.
You just balance 1,2 & 4 to match 3, I would guess.
Small adjustments are best, as you increase say #1 the other three will decrease & vice versa depending upon which way each carb needs adjusting.
I find it best to adjust the carb that's furthest out first & gradually bring each one to match the master carb.
