what order would be best? i have not fitted one before
im thinking it would be best to loosen the wheel spindle clamps and remove the old guard...
retighten the spindle clamps and then the brace and then fit new guard.
I dont want the fork operation to be affected.
any advice....cheers

Mark i would fit the front mudgaurd first, then the fork brace, i fitted a micron fork brace to my bike last week all you need to do is slide the rubber seal up the fork legs then back down when you have fitted the brace

Make sure that you gently nip the fixing bolts on the brace and then work the suspension so that the brace will fit without causing stiction. Finally torque up bolts.
