Any recommendations for possible persons to give me engine a rebuild, in the west of scotland, would attempt most bits myself but the last time i attemted something like this it took me 2 years (1977 GS750 rebuild). So any suggestions of suitable people to use would be very appreciated thanks :-)

Ask Iain I don't think he's anything on at the moment.... :rofl

He'd be able to give helpful advice at least.

Iain Marshall would be top choice
but he has a lot on at the moment
a 72 motor and a couple of other Zed's
but maybe he would take it on
pm him and see

Give Kenny Harley a phone on 01592 773950 / 07918 056695 . He is a Kawa trained mechanic and has forgotten more about zeds than most of us will ever know . Only person ever to work on any of our bikes . Based in Glenrothes . I know it isn't the west but you won't be dissapointed .
