over the past year I've been working on a friend's Z1000-J2. All interesting moments (read: godawful loads of bother ooeerrr) aside, I've gotten on quite well.
Today the brake disks finally showed up - hurray! Long story short: I left them with a chap, said chap took the disks to his works place, work place went bust shortly after. Now, about a year later, he recovered them from a lot that came up for auction. Disks finally home!

Another thing that went missing along with the disks is the swing arm collar. This collar appears to be gone for good. Now, instead of going out to buy a new one (£30ish) I have decided to machine one from solid. The only thing is, can anyone shine a light on the exact dimensions of this little gubbin? I know it's got two washers spot welded at either end, it would be nice to know the outside diameter and spacing of these washers.

It's number 92027 in the above image. If it's any help: this collar is used in the following models:
KZ1000-J1 (1981)
KZ1000-J2 (1982)
