Rickman CR leaking (Betor) forks

I have now replaced the forks seals twice in the Silver Saxon, and still there is oil weeping from the RH fork leg.
The stanchions are both in mint condition, with the same amount of 15W oil in each leg.
I have noticed that there is a kind of breather fitted within each top nut.... and the inside of the fairing screen on the LH side always gets coated in a very fine oil mist, whereas on the RH side there is no mist, but the fork always leaks from the seal area.
I'd rather have the fine mist on the screen on both sides than a leaky leg.
Am I missing something.... I've stripped and cleaned both top nuts but still the problem arises with the RH leg.
I haven't swapped the nuts over yet as the bike is not on the road at the moment, but to be honest I reckon it has to be a problem with the top nut.
I've already spoken to Rickman Motorcycles, who now purely concentrate on the old British thumpers, and they haven't got a clue, or any spares, or any advice :|
Any other Rickman owners had this problem..... better still, has anyone got a spare top nut or know of a supplier.?

i have two top nuts ,but they have a pipe from one to the other,and a tyre valve on one,to have air over oil.from california.

HB. They can't be off Betor forks then... Betor only ever made naturally sprung forks, never air assisted to my knowledge :?? :roll:
Mine are the simple screw-in type as below. In fact, you can see the 'vent' hole on the LH top nut.

Read elsewhere that a lot of Ceriani fork spares fit some of the Spanish Betor variety of off-road forks, might be some crossover somewhere along the line that you might benefit from.
Anyway it might be worth speaking to these if all else fails.

If I remember right the stanchions run directly on the alloy slider and unless you can find someone to bush them then it's a case of bin it. The vents should not mist, check your oil level.

There is no play in the forks and/or sliders, they are like new and have only done 3000 miles from new. It simply seeps oil out of the RH seal.
Oil level is measured from the top of the stanchion and both levels are the same correct height.
I still reckon it has to be that bloody top nut.

went for test on my zed once,failed on fork seals weeping,went back an hr later and it past,just emptied the oil out,still like that 5yrs later,and before you say it must handle like a pig,still outruns most modern stuff round the twisty bits,probalbly cause most of em carnt ride though
