Has anyone had experience getting a bike re-registerd with a V62 following a catagory c write off.I want to apply for the original number,but want it to be as pain free as possible,and not fall foul of dvla jobsworths.

Probably best to contact your nearest DVLA Vehicle Registration Office and see what they suggest.

I'd be surprised if you get your old registration back
but if you don't ask you don't get.
