I notice you distinguish between the swing-arms spindles on Z1 & Z1B (later).
Is there a difference? I thought all Z1 series had the "two flats" type spindle, as opposed to the common hex-head type. I thought the hex-head type spindle started with the Z900-A4. Interested to know if anyone can enlighten me?

Garn (Sydney) Z1, Z1A, Z1B and Z900-A4
I spoke with Phil Denton a few years ago at a show as I wanted a swing arm spindle making for a KH 250 project. Which is still in cardboard boxes, I am sorry to say. However with my new garage finished at 9.5m x 6m I hope to get back on the project !!
Anyway back to Phil he agreed to make the spindle he just needed a sketch of what was required. There was a feature some time ago in CMM.
