Z1OwnersClub GB

I thought the Z1 regulator had 2 types. First one with earth integral to green plug, then changed to a sperate lead. Picture below shows a 3rd type with earth coming out along the loom and only one screw head on top. Anyone know the story on this type?

pretty sure the reglator on my z1000 a1 has one screw * - dunno about the leasd not as I cut them off (replaced it when it died).
