I have just recieved all the parts to replace the bearings in the swingarm, but cannot find anyone with a press locally. Does anybody have a preffered methord that can be carried out at home. (Could use a big hammer and a peice of wood.)

Thanks for any input!

I use a long stud with 2 blocks of wood and a pair of nuts (not mine I hasten to add)
Just wind away on the nut and they pull in nice.

It will help a lot if you warm the swinger up as well especially if its alli, don't go mad if its painted though.

thanks for the help - bearings now installed. Decided not to warm up the swing arm as it is freshly coated, so instead i stuck the bearings in the freezer for a while.
