cold start mechanism - sussed it :)

finally worked out what limiting the amount of travel for the cold start lever.
the fingers on the lifters need to be fitted so that there is a little gap between them and the plastic cotton reel, otherwise if they touch the sides, the movement is restricted.
prior to that took the dremel to clean up the sides of the bosses ofor the shaft to allow a bit more space but not convinced that was necessary due to the above,
so that is all good.
