Bleedin' Brakes

HELP.... Now I've bled brakes many times before, but mine are playing up.
I've got a pair of Tokico 6 pots and fitted em Ok to me Zed, bled em thru and even left em over night with a rubber band holding the lever in to allow air bubbles out (just in case).
Had a test ride today and the brakes work OK, but after a blast up the carriage way, braked hard a few times to bed em in and they hung on slightly (binding) and then due to heat, applied them selves harder until I had to pull over ( emergency stop :!: ). I checked em visually at the road side (HOT) and after a couple of minutes they'd cooled enough to stop binding & continue normally
I proceeded cautiously (120mph :D ) and tried braking again. It was OK first few times then they did it again as (they heated up?).
What going on :?: Air in system expanding & holding them on :?: There's no leaks and lever seems to operate properly, returning OK!

Tokicos are prone to the pistons seizing up. Strip and clean the pistons / bore - sounds like that is what is happening

BUGGER IT! Can't be arsed with that! The thought did cross me mind!
Already in the 'bad books' what with spending last few evenings in the garage!
Might well have to ride slower and not use them
