Dunno if anyone can assist but here goes.
I've recently noted a slight drip after a run, (about the size of a 10p) obviously while the oils warm and flows more freely, it appears to be dripping from the vicinity of the front sprocket cover hence my guess it's the sprocket output shaft oil seal.
Now having not had to remove or replace the front sprocket yet i've not seen behind it, the manual describes the plate removal and drifting out the seal to replace.
My question is, does anyone know if i'd be able to prise the seal out after removing the sprocket cover and sprocket to drift a replacement in whilst still in place on the output shaft?
I'm going to (hopefully) order one from Zpower as I have a few bits for the 650 to get anyway but would appreciate anyones knowledge on this.
Thanks all
Should have mentioned, the bikes due an oil and filter change currently hence the query now, idea is to replace it before I refill, ust could do without the aggro of removing loads of bits to do it as I have another project i'm about to dive headlong into.
