Dyna s timing marks

Just about to split my Z1000 crank cases its fitted with dyna s ignition do i put a punch mark on the timing plate and the crankcase to act as a timing mark
this may be pretty obvious question but as they say if you aint sure just ask.

Mikey, always a good idea to clearly mark where everthing was for future reference. I've fitted Dyna S to my Zed too! If you need any help I'll be glad to pop up to you one evening/weekend to assist, & give you me stuff for polishing too! :wink:

Ok mark cheers mate yeah looking forward to the 25th jim and rena maybe coming to may even clean the shafty so itll do 0 to 60 before supper time instead of before bedtime :twisted:
