Manufacturer of Rubber bit s 'Up North'??

Just had a call from a guy who restores old Kwakas & he's trying to locate a company 'up North' who reproduce rubber bits-n-bobs. Anyone have a company name? 
In particular he's checked the quality of the split tank rubbers, rear of tank, and says the current repros aren't dense enough! Apparently this company do make them correctly.
