I need to know the output watt and voltage of the stock stator ( I am assuming stator and not generator) for my 77 kz1000.

At ~ 4000 rpm the generator must make approx. 70V. without voltage regulator.
With regulator at 4000 rpm and high beam light on ~ 14.10 V
