Hello People,

I am rebuilding my 1977 Z1000a Carbs (26mm)

Looking for advise on jetting, I have a Harris 4/1 & K&N type filters

main jet is 107.5 at present & circlip on jet needle was in 3 position

Would appreciate any advice on using a bigger main jet & raising the jet needle?

hi, when i k/n on my st i had the needles on no 3 and was running 117.5 main jets , seemed right ( but when i had the vance/hines the main jets were 124,

Likewise 117.5 on mine but on 28mm carbs and 1105 when it had a Harris and filters. 26mm may need a little less maybe 115 but 107.5 is amost certainly too small.
