Thanks to all for your messages, I'm off on hols next week going regardless even if a have to be carried. haven't had a good look at my bike still to sore and depressed , but the engine wont turn could be part of the casing stuck in the starter clutch, however i have noticed the other end of the crank with the electronic ignition is bent well at least the bolt on the end is, would be grateful for a second opinion so if TLC or Paul is in the vicinity would be glad of your input.

thanks again Stuart

That was a real shit weekend .....
One friend had a bad crash in Belgium ( coming home on a medic plane )
another had a nasty one locally .....
to top it all another came off because of horse shit on the road ( Bike not too bad )

Two caused by women ( bet the third was caused by a female rider's horse )

What makes me laugh ... is that Horse Riders And Cyclist don't have to have insurance or pass any test to be on the road ...... but they do create an obstacle to all other road users who pay a lot of money to have privilege

PS .... this ain't a rant at women

Mikey think he will say the same about mine but for such a low speed shunt there's a lot of damage, both engine casings clocks light indicators tank grab rail
centre stand bars and possible engine damage

OK I know :ont but Geoff started it if he's spent more time on a bicycle and less running up and diown a field his knees wouldn't be f****d...

Sorry to hear about your accident, but the whole point of Carol Nash is it's classic insurance so the asessor should be looking at it in a different context to an everyday car that will just get written off once it's eligible for scrappage or "uneconomical" to repair. I'm assuming as classic insurance it's also got an agreed value?

We`ll all help you out Stuart.

I know you want to keep your beloved Zed on the road and this is where the club comes in to its own. :D

Or at least we`ll want first dibs on parts if you break it
