Marzocchi shox - seals?

#1 PostAuthor: RALPHARAMA » Sat Jun 27, 2009 6:30 am

Anyone know if it is still possible to get seal kits for Marzocchi Shox? I did e-mail the company from their web site but got no reply  They only seemed interested in selling forx for space rockets

I used to use a company in Hayes, Middx but can`t remember their name.

Try this though http://www.marzocchi.co.uk/moto/850193-C.html

Truth is that even after they have been rebuilt they are not really that good and will still piss oil . I had them years ago and had them rebuilt more than once . Buy other shocks and don't waste your money with those old ones .

Thanx TLC - not sure why I didn't see that as I had been on the page with the list

Sadly having stripped the shox it now seems the damper rods have got buggered chrome so we're now looking for a set of shagged shox with good damper rods. I tried to get the 12mm rod out of the aluminium eye bit but it wasn't shifting  Had hoped to maybe make new rods outta stainless :(
