Kari, either damp or the petrol has gone bad!

Are 3 and 4 too hot, or is it that 1 and 2 are cold? Either way, look for problems in the fuel system. If it was ignition, cylinders are paired 1/4 and 2/3. Fuel tap and pipes are the first stop, if it's a vacuum type.

The exhaust pipe on 3 and 4 cyl becomes discoloured. (Like whisky) And you can feel the very hot air around the exhaust pipe. But, when I put my hands behind the exhaust I can feel hot air in the right side of bike and colt in left side.
My bike is a early style of Z1A with Mic 28mm carbs.
