Just an update, TLC came round today crank looks fine just a knackered bolt
took left hand casing off got all the broken bit out and its seems Ive been lucky with that as well got the starter clutch working again and the winding looks fine,think all i need to replace is the casing

Some piccies of SP`s bike.
Apart from both side casings being smashed as well as the pick ups, the genny looks okay thankfully as the engine must have stopped pretty quickly after the bike was hit.
As you will see the clocks took the brunt of the damage and the scrape on top of the grab rail means that the wheels must have been pointing skyward at some point
Stu`s on holiday this week recovering from dental surgery and a rather colourful bruise to his hip.
