If the nipple has sheared off flush with the machined face of the caliper you can weld a nut onto the end of it. An 8mm nut will have an internal diameter sufficiently big enough to mig-weld straight through the middle and when its still at red heat and after maybe a half a minute or so put a spanner on and turn it slowly. Not too hot and not too soon but the heat transfer will aid removal.
