if you still have the original harness you could cut it open + see if the two orange wires from the relays are joined + it is possible but unlikely in the same position on your new harness if you want to fix it yourself instead of waiting another 6 weeks. it is possible to be broken were the indicator bleeper orange wire is joined in the harness

no, got multimeter set to the buzzer, get buzz from relay orange to orange in the hazard connector, plug the hazard switch in and can get 4 indicators to flash quickly, buzz from orange in loom switch connector to orange in the "indicator buzzer" in headlight shell, but not from relay orange to either of them.
the orange wires to the indicators + the hazards are two separate wires so you should not be getting any continuity between the orange on the hazard circuit + the bleeper connector in the headlight otherwise when the hazards are on the bleeper would be activated. as i have said if you don't have continuity between the orange from the indicator relay to the orange in the block connector under the tank the loom is faulty. send it back to z power
