i use putoline dx 4 in my zed
when i worked at saki newcastle, we used this oil in all the bikes, right up to and including zx10 r's. and in all the time i worked there i never saw an oil related problem, it is bike specific oil so the clutch dont slip, and it can take the beating your gearbox gives it, and at £25 for 4 lts not too pricey either,

I'm a bit of a traditional GTX man myself.

However I have been known to use Johnstons Baby oil !!
