I would imagine the dodgy plug leads would explain the shocking treatment i recieved :shock:

I also f@cked up a short while back regarding coils & leads etc.
NEVER use NGK plug caps with high output (Dyna etc.) coils as the resistors inside the plug caps frazzle and lead to misfiring back and to between each cylinder as they cool down.... :?? :??
Took me ages to suss it out :oops:

when i was 16 ,into motocross,covered in mud,wet threw,from top to toe,fell off bike throttle stuck open,no keys,thought kick plug lead off,felt like 50,000 volts running up my leg.never do that again. :shock: :shock: :wink:

I've got a set of leads with caps that came fitted to some Dyna coils. You're welcome to try 'em out if you want to.

Took me ages to suss it out.
As i also have dyno coils on my bike with copper leads ( the dyno carbon ones the ends fell off when i pulled them out from the coils,and ngk plug caps,
what caps are the best to use,
