I also f@cked up a short while back regarding coils & leads etc.
NEVER use NGK plug caps with high output (Dyna etc.) coils as the resistors inside the plug caps frazzle and lead to misfiring back and to between each cylinder as they cool down....
Took me ages to suss it out

As i also have dyno coils on my bike with copper leads ( the dyno carbon ones the ends fell off when i pulled them out from the coils,and ngk plug caps,
what caps are the best to use,
