Guys,

Some advice please-------------

what is the widest section rear tyre that you can safely use on a '78 Z1000A2

to fit on a seven spoke Z1000 alloy wheel.

130 is the widest on a standard rim . Even this will get pulled a bit as it should really be on a wider rim . Avon do a 130/650VB18 which is designed for a 2.15 rim but it is a race tyre and they don't last too long .

With a standard front tyre it'll probably steer best with a decent rear of the proper size ie. 120. They do look skinny though.

120/90 18 BT 45 works fine for me Steve
Got the Rex, just the Kat to get now...
