You may have more luck with a car/auto factors as many bike shops stock only NGK.

My z1b starts and runs fine on the NGK plugs but i've only owned it for a couple of months and it had just had a full service when i bought it, so time will tell i suppose.

Now having said that i have to say i am expecting problems before too long.My son raced two stroke karts for 12 years with the old spanner man doing all the preparation(as well as being the only sponser). We raced 100cc air cooled engines with a diaphram carb for several years and never used anything but NGK's with no problems whatsoever.
We then changed class to 125cc water cooled engines using a 34mm mikuni carb and electric start.Put an NGK plug in that baby and if you managed to get it away off the starting grid then you probably wouldn't make it to finish line 10 laps later let alone win a race!!
ND irridiums transformed that engine and we only needed to replace them once every solar eclipse, why you ask? not got a clue.

Just showing my ignorance of all things Zed, are the DENSO W24ES-U, suitable for a Z900A4 (running a Z1 head I think). I have been experiencing this hunting at low revs, and constantly ride around with spare NGK plugs, as they just seem to give up. Of note they only seem to go when I start up first thing. If I can get the bike running and out on the road without too much fuss the NGK seem fine (for a while)

Watched the match in Bar Spinnaker, Roquetas De Mar, with Dave Trouse the owner of said bar and also owner of 8 year old ZX12R.
Top bar, top man, top bike.

Got my plugs and they are fine, nothing to report really, apart from the bargain price of £7.70 including postage from:

I am running fine also with NGK. I do run the iridium in both the Yamaha Venture and the Z1. I also have updated coils and ignition on the Z1, along with carb rebuild.
