Z1R airbox silencer

#1 PostAuthor: zioclive » Sat May 17, 2008 10:38 am

Hi guys just a simple (for you :) ) question :
My z1r has no airbox silencer, do you think that may affect the normal air/fuel mixture or it's only for the right engine sound ?

Many thanks in advance to all of you from Italy .

Hi, I don't think you'd notice any air/fuel mixture difference with or without the silencer, coz as the name suggests, it only 'silences'
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Fabio,I think the silencer is there to deaden the intake sound/noise of the engine.
Not really an issue with the sound/noise that most 4-1 exhausts make
